We prioritize open communication throughout the planning process. You'll receive access to unlimited email support and scheduled check-ins to keep your planning on track. Please allow 48 hours for email responses during business days.
3. Cancellations and Postponements
Life happens, and we’re here to support you through it. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Rescheduling fees may apply, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your contract.
4. Travel and Destination Weddings
We love bringing your vision to life wherever your love story takes you! For destination weddings, travel and accommodation expenses are billed separately and added to your final invoice. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown to ensure there are no surprises.
5. Vendor Contracts and Payments
We’ll manage communication with your vendor team to ensure all details align perfectly. Please note that all vendor contracts and payments are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Respecting Creative Boundaries
We work hard to create something truly unique and reflective of your style. To maintain the integrity of our work, we kindly ask that our creative concepts remain exclusive to your event and not be replicated or distributed.
7. Timeline Adjustments
Planning timelines are tailored to fit your needs. If you’re booking closer to your event date, we’ll adjust accordingly to make the most of our time together. Please note that expedited timelines may incur additional fees.
8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
We’ll always do our best to adapt and deliver, no matter the circumstances. However, please be aware that delays or disruptions due to weather or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.
